Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We DO NOT sell your data.

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• With Restaurant Owners: Feedback submitted for a specific restaurant is visible only to that restaurant's owner
• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update or correct your information
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
• Export: Download your data in JSON format
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (we don't send marketing emails currently)

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
